Our Epoxy Flooring Process
- Concrete preparation — We diamond-grind or shot-blast the concrete surface to create an ideal profile for epoxy adhesion. This is the most critical step for a long-lasting floor.
- Crack and joint repair — We fill cracks, divots, and spalled areas with epoxy filler for a smooth, even base.
- Primer coat — A penetrating epoxy primer seals the concrete and bonds to the surface.
- Base coat — We apply the main epoxy color coat in your chosen color and style.
- Decorative flakes — Optional vinyl flake chips broadcast into the wet epoxy create a granite-like appearance and add texture.
- Clear top coat — A high-build clear polyaspartic or polyurethane top coat provides UV stability, chemical resistance, and a glossy or satin finish.
